A new exclusive feature called Play Full Song is coming to TikTok, allowing Apple Music subscribers to listen to full-length tracks through a built-in player. The new button lets you link your existing Apple Music subscription, so you can listen to tracks without switching to a streamer or searching for a song.
Features are limited within TikTok, but you’ll be able to see artwork and scrub through the song. You can also add these tracks to Apple Music playlists so you can listen to them again later.
TikTok currently lets users identify songs and add them to a playlist across many music-streaming services via its Add to Music App button. However, this new feature is the first time you’ve been able to listen to a song in full without manually switching to another service.
You may also find this helpful to remove noise from TikTok videos to focus on the music. For example, you may want to hear the full track without a voiceover, background noise, or other sound effects that might distort its sound.
